The laboratories in the UMS Mathematics Education Study Program consist of a Learning Laboratory and a Computing Laboratory. The learning laboratory, located in Building B FKIP UMS, consists of 2 rooms, namely a teaching aids display room and a teaching aids manufacturing workshop. The display room is used as a place for exhibitions and storage of props, while the props making workshop is the main place for students and lecturers in developing manipulative teaching aids for school mathematics. The making of teaching aids is carried out routinely every year which is integrated in the course of making teaching aids in mathematics. In addition, the Mathematics Education Study Program has 2 computational laboratory rooms located in Building E, 2nd floor of FKIP UMS. The computing laboratory is used as the main place for practicum activities such as numerical method practicum, Mathematics Learning Outcomes Assessment (PHBM), as well as mathematical software, such as Geogebra and SPSS. Both learning laboratories and computing laboratories, are often used in training activities and visits from mathematics teachers.
