Submission of Lecture Active Certificate

The following is a guide for submitting an active college certificate:

1. Students submit an active certificate of study via the page star.ums.ac.id on the menu BAA service submission
2. Choose the need to use an active college certificate
   • Specific Needs (Submitting for BPJS extension, applying for PEMDA SCHOLARSHIP, making Passport, etc.)
   • Salary Allowance for Parents Still in Service (for the needs of parents who are still actively working)
   • Retirement Parent Salary Allowance (For purposes if parents have retired)
3. If the filling is correct and appropriate, then the submission will be validated by BAA within 1-2 x 24 hours
4. After being validated by the BAA, the letter can be downloaded independently via the Submission History menu Active Student Information
