The first day of LKMMD 2025 was Friday, October 17, 2025, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time. This event aimed to develop students’ leadership skills and motivate them to participate in organizations with integrity. This was implemented in the main event of the LKMMD, which included a leadership presentation combined with public speaking. This selection of material was based on the importance and necessity of leadership and public speaking skills in students. The event began with an opening and introduction in the Microteaching room on the 4th floor, and continued with the main event at the Mental Revolution House restroom in Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency.

The first topic at the 2025 LKMMD activity was leadership and public speaking, presented by Mulyono, S.Pd. Leadership in an organization can be defined as the process of leading an organization or group and influencing others within the group to effectively achieve organizational goals. Essential leadership skills include effective communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making, management and organizational skills, sensitivity and empathy, and leadership that creates leaders. Leadership does not simply rely on intuition or inclination, but involves analysis and consideration based on the abilities of team members.

After each presentation, a question-and-answer session was always opened. Participants were enthusiastic about asking questions of the presenter, and the session concluded with a summary reading by the moderator.

The second topic at the 2025 LKMMD activity was time management, presented by Eko Ari Wibowo, S.Pd. Time management itself is the process of planning and organizing how someone divides their time among various activities. It involves skills in determining priorities, organizing tasks, and utilizing time efficiently to achieve goals, both in work and personal life. Effective time management helps increase productivity, reduce stress, and create balance between various responsibilities.

After the presentation, a question-and-answer session with participants was always opened. Participants were very enthusiastic about asking questions of the presenters, and the session concluded with a summary reading by the moderator. After both presentations, a discussion session followed.

On this occasion, a discussion package was held, emphasizing the implementation of leadership, public speaking, and time management. Within the discussion package, participants were divided into four groups of 6-7, each accompanied by a committee and daily administrators. Each group created a group name, vision and mission, and a group leader. Participants elected one group leader by voting.

The second day of the 2025 LKMMD activities began at 5:00 a.m. WIB with group exercise. All participants exercised in the courtyard of the Mental Revolution House’s WCS (WC) building. Following the exercise, participants had breakfast together in the hall. Following breakfast, they immediately engaged in a funwalk. Participants participated in this funwalk activity, divided into four groups of eight members. The funwalk was divided into seven stations: Field 1, Field 2, Field 3, Field 4, Field 5, PHI, and Limas. Each group walked sequentially to a predetermined post, each of the six stations, designated by the committee. After the funwalk, participants were directed to return to the toilets at the Mental Revolution House to shower. After everyone finished, the session continued with the third topic.

The third topic of the 2025 LKMMD activity was Teamwork & Collaboration in Organizations, presented by Ahmad Yasin Amanullah. This fundamental session equipped participants with essential skills for building organizational synergy. This topic emphasized that effective teamwork goes beyond simply working together, but begins with a sense of mutual need among members. Collaboration is crucial given the complexities of management and conflict, which are integral to the dynamics of student organizations.

Following the presentation, a question-and-answer session was always opened. Participants were enthusiastic about asking questions of the presenter, and the session concluded with a summary reading by the moderator.

The final topic of the 2025 LKMMD activity was an introduction to IKAHIMATIKA, delivered by Agustiana Sabila Putri. IKAHIMATIKA is the only national mathematics student organization, professional, scientific, and independent, upholding the nation’s ideals. IKAHIMATIKA Indonesia aims to foster collaboration among mathematics student associations throughout Indonesia to fulfill their functions as students and foster a culture of mathematics.

Following the presentation, a question-and-answer session was always held. Participants were enthusiastic about asking questions of the presenters. The inauguration ceremony followed. Participants were divided into five groups of 8-9 participants each.

The third day of the 2025 LKMMD activities began at 5:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), with preparations for the outbound activity. All participants gathered in the courtyard of the Mental Revolution House’s restroom. After gathering, participants immediately began the outbound activity. Participants were divided into six groups of six to seven members. The outbound activity was divided into four pre-determined stations. Each game station was played by two groups. After the outbound activity was completed, participants were directed to return to the Mental Revolution House’s restroom and proceed to shower. After all participants had showered, the closing ceremony concluded and they returned to campus.
